Vicky Huang is no clown, but she played one in the short film that marks her debut in show business, Death of a Clown (1998). The Asian arouser next landed a bit part in a feature film called Try Seventeen (2002), playing a Cantonese girl. With 88 Minutes (2007), a thriller, she finally started to show some promise. The movie is about the day a serial killer is to be executed, but the forensic psychologist who helped put him away gets a call from the condemned man that the head shrink only has 88 minutes to live. Hence the name of the movie. Vicky has a small part as a beauty tortured in her underwear, but it’s something to see.
