After growing up in Pomigliano d’Arco, Naples as Giusseppe Schisano, this Italian eyeful moved to Rome to study acting, making her film debut in the 1998 drama Rose e pistole. Following several film and television appearances in the early 2000s, including Mio figlio aka My Son (2005), Io e mio figlio - Nuove storie per il commissario Vivaldi (2010), and Canepazzo (2012), Vittoria began her gender transition and was able to continue her career under her new name. In 2016, she became the first trans woman to appear on the cover of Italian Playboy and in 2024 Vittoria made her nudecomer debut on screen as the star of the Netflix miniseries The Life You Wanted (La vita che volevi).
