Though born in Lisbon, this buxom brunette got her masters in the Performing Arts from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and even studied at the Royal Shakespeare Company in London Her first professional acting credits happened in the UK as well, breaking out in shorts like First Breath After Coma (2010) and Divinas (2018) before landing her first feature, the Portguguese drama A Cozinha in 2022. In between her work with the theatre group Nómada, Catharina has appeared on the shows Desperate Lies (2024) and Família é Tudo (2024), but her best work to date is still her performance in the period telenovela Madame Beja (2026). We’d say Catharina’s cans and caboose were meant for 19th century undergarments but its more apt to say they were meant to come out of them, and that’s exactly what happens in the fourth episode!
