The incomparable Sylvia Kristel reprises her role as Emmanuelle Arsan, who at this point is running a clinic that uses virtual reality to help with sexual therapy and fulfillment. She uses this technology to help an old girlfriend (Carolina Laurence) heal from a number of past traumas involving sex. Perhaps feeling that she's past her prime, Sylvia chooses not to go starkers in this installment of the series.
