Intimate Games (1976)

When it comes to childish prurience in films, the British have no equal, at least they didn’t during the drive-in theater peak of the 1970s. Replete with bawdy bad puns, intricate, inexplicable and unlikely plotting and a gaggle of goofy, gorgeous lassies who keep stiff upper lips while enthusiastically jiggling their racks and chassis, Intimate Games (1976) is a fine and satisfying example of the genre. Director Tudor Gates maintains exemplary production standards in this tale of a college professor who sets his student nymphs to the task of researching sexual fantasies among their peers. Their reports are given in a series of full-frontal escapades. Silly situations, beavers galore, cute accents.
