Thesis on a Domestication (2025)

Based on Camila Sosa Villada’s own novel, Tesis Sobre Una Domesticación, this Spanish-language drama sees the acclaimed author and trans actress playing her protagonist - an unnamed Argentinian trans performer who’s midway through her career and already achieved a measure of success. This is when she sparks up an affair with a lawyer (Alfonso Herrera) and, despite it not starting out as anything serious, they grow to become steadfast partners who decide to adopt a child together. This familial dynamic is basically unheard of before this, and as the ground-breaking actress continues to reshape what is possible, we are taken through flashbacks of the struggle she encountered to get here. But Camila bares more than just her soul in this autobiographical role. Her nude scenes climb into the double digits here, showing off her boobs and booty many times and even delivering some frontal thanks to an open robe! Add in some bonus buns from Barbie di Rocco, and we give this Thesis an A+!
