Winter Passing (2006)

Winter Passing (2005) might be light on the ass-ing, but ogle-worthy star Zooey Deschanel easily makes one forget about the lack of flesh. The saucer-eyed stunner stars as a would-be actress who’s offered a considerable chunk of change to retrieve love letters her has-been novelist father (Ed Harris) penned to her now-deceased mother. Returning to her childhood home, she finds that pops has taken on a nasty booze habit as well as a couple of freeloading houseguests (Will Ferrell and Amelia Warner).
